Problem

At one of the stages of processing export documents for the export of honey to China, we faced a problem: we were asked to provide an official requirement from the Chinese Veterinary Service at the customs office at the port about the necessary indicators of substances in honey. Chinese veterinarians have not heard of such documents and, moreover, are not ready to provide something like this in free form, but they are ready to make the necessary document if there is a sample. In other words, there was a question about the certification of the production itself according to the requirements of the Chinese side.

Solution

A specialist of the certification department contacted the Rosselkhoznadzor, having submitted the necessary set of documents in electronic form through our personal account, we managed to obtain a certificate. But the problems did not end there, without honey test indicators, namely test protocols, it will not be possible to freeze honey. Therefore, we sent honey samples to China, received back all the necessary documents and thus solved the problem of processing honey for export.
