Product certification services
Certificate of compliance with the regulations of the Customs Union is a document that gives the right to unhindered trade in products, raw materials or equipment on the territory of Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The validity period is 1, 3 or 5 years.
Permits are obtained by companies-residents of the CU countries, sellers, importers, manufacturers. If the organization is not a resident, then the certificate is issued by the importing company.

Stages and terms of work
The terms, as well as the cost, depend on the category to which the product belongs. The more technologically complex the product, the more tests will be assigned.
Obtaining the certificate of TR TS takes place in several stages:
- Step 1 Consideration of the application. Specialists study the features of the product, make an optimal plan of action.
- Step 2 Signing the contract. They coordinate the price with the customer, conclude a contract for certification.
- Step 3. Product identification and testing. They take samples of goods, transfer them to testing laboratories.
- Step 4. Getting and analyzing protocols. After receiving conclusions about the tests, the results are analyzed. If everything is successful, then they collect a set of documents for the certification body.
- Step 5 — Registration of the certificate and its registration. The applicant receives a certificate. Information about it is entered in the unified register of the Federal Service for Accreditation.

Who should issue permits for import or sale?
The entire set of papers is collected by the applicant, and then transferred to an accredited body. The applicant is a legal entity or an individual registered in the Russian Federation who has the status of an individual entrepreneur.

What do I need to provide to obtain a certificate of compliance?
You will need copies, scanned copies, less often originals or certified copies:
- An application indicating the name, scope, HS code of the product, as well as the name, address of the applicant, manufacturer, importer.
- INN, OGRN, extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities confirming the applicant’s registration. For an individual entrepreneur — a copy of the passport.
- Product passport, brochure, safety data sheet, specifications, instructions or other technical description of the product.
- The label or its layout, a high-quality photo of the products.
- The contract of delivery or authority.
- Foreign certificates, including for raw materials, which are available.
