- Registration according to ATA Carnet
For the temporary import of certain categories of goods, a special, accelerated procedure for passing customs procedures without paying duties and fees is provided. We are talking about exhibition copies, samples, demonstration equipment. The ATC C&L company will help in the registration of Carnet ATA for individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs.
ATA Carnet is issued by Chambers of Commerce and Industry (chambers of commerce and industry), national associations for a fee. Replaces the package of customs documentation issued for temporary export and import of goods. Maximum validity period — 1 year.
Carnet ATA: product categories
- Media equipment: for photography and filming, radio and television broadcasts, accessories for equipment.
- Lens, installations for creating special effects and lighting, charging stations, batteries and other auxiliary equipment.
- Test stands, instrumentation, devices for testing and diagnostics of vehicles. Tools for installation, dismantling.
- Digital technology, electronic devices, business equipment.
- Medical equipment, instruments, devices.
- Test and demonstration products intended for presentations, exhibitions, fairs, promotional events.
- Reusable containers (packaging).
The ATA Carnet design is not available for disposable goods, consumer goods, and commercial products.
Carnet ATA cost
For registration of the ATA Carnet there is a fixed amount established by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. This is payment for services for certification of certificates and other documents confirming the quality and origin of products. In addition, you must pay 0.3% of the value of goods exported using Carnet ATA.
It is preferable to entrust the preparation and submission of documents for the ATA Carnet to specialists. ATC C&L employees will draw up a cover letter, prepare a statement of guarantee, notarized copies of constituent documents (for legal entities) and a power of attorney. The cost of the Carnet ATA service includes consultation and documentary support. We also provide product labeling (a mandatory condition for moving products through the ATA Carnet).
