Features of international air transportation

Goods are transported in the cargo holds of passenger and cargo aircraft on pallets, in air containers or in bulk. Limitations on the weight and dimensions of cargo depend on the technical characteristics of the aircraft, the dimensions of the luggage compartment, doors, hatches of the aircraft, the maximum load on the floor, and the total carrying capacity. We carry out transportation by passenger and cargo planes, so air delivery of both small shipments and large-sized cargo is possible. If it is impossible to transport by air, we will select other options: railway, sea, road transport or multimodal schemes.

By air we deliver almost all types of cargo, except raw materials: oil, petroleum products, gas, coal. We mainly transport consumer goods — clothes, shoes, electronics; industrial goods, equipment; perishable goods. We transport items of high cultural value, expensive, fragile, breakable goods, and medicines.

We offer air transportation when urgency is the most important factor, and the fairly high cost of this method of transportation is secondary. We plan the most suitable route in terms of cost and time.

Main departure airports: Chinese Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Turkish Istanbul, any European cities from where there are direct or transit flights to Moscow and other cities of the Russian Federation. We can deliver cargo from the USA and any other point in the world. If there is no airport in the city of departure, we will arrange for the cargo to be picked up by road. At the same time, it doesn’t matter to us which airport in the Russian Federation your cargo will arrive at. As a customs representative, we can carry out customs clearance in any corner of our country.

Key points to consider when planning your route

• Required departure date — choose the most suitable airport. We ensure a minimum transportation period even during transit flights, and select an option that suits the time frame.
• Economic feasibility - if the difference in delivery times is small, and the price of air transportation is unreasonably high, we recommend an alternative method.
• Possibility of damage to the goods — Sometimes air transport is preferable, even if it turns out to be significantly more expensive.
